At a time when it is not always easy to cook a meal for oneself, the Casserole Ministry steps in and takes casseroles to those in need until they are up and about again. The Casserole Ministry meets on the first Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. int he Parish kitchen where it prepares approximately 20 casseroles. Someone grocery shops for the chosen recipe of the month, then the group joins in preparing and freezing the casseroles so they are readily available for the Pastoral Care Committee to deliver as needed.
